I ordered some Twins Special Shinguards from Hatashita after a lot of research and visits to other sites. Not only did the shinguards come quickly, for free shipping...but when I phoned to confirm size and spec, I actually talked to a pleasant, REAL person on the first try. I can safely recommend this retailer to anyone. Great gear, great service, great shipping...all of it! Well done and thank you!

Huge selection, great prices, very friendly and helpful staff. They had some hard to find items as well as gift items I was looking for. Worth the drive to Waterloo!

Got my first gi, and Im in love. The ladies that were working there were not only smart and knowledgable but amazing at guiding first time buyers and providing real authentic top notch customer service. Its rare to go into a place like this and walk out with everything you needed, and at a great price AND feeling like you know what to look for the next time. Amazing place and quality for lots of martial art needs!!

They have a great selection of uniforms, sparring equipment and training weapons. The staff are helpful and the prices are fair.

I placed an order for puzzle mats and was quite happy to be spending money with a Canadian company for the exact product I was looking for. I was even more impressed with the free domestic shipping on orders over $99 which is clearly stated at the top of their web page. With no other information available available on this header I unfortunately assumed that this applied to all products. I was extremely disappointed when I recieved a phone call informing me that shipping would be nearly equal to the price of the order, despite shipping clearly being advertised as free. I understand that shipping is expensive however I would not have placed an order in the first place had there been clear advertising regarding the limits of the free shipping rules. Generally a waste of my time.
