I love being a member of Golden Tiger. The impact my training has had on my physical and mental well being is profound, and helps me in all other avenues of my life. Si-gung's knowledge of martial arts is exceptionally deep and precise. He is a natural teacher, with the ability to relate complex physical movements in ways that are easy to understand. If you are interested in a genuine, authentic martial arts education, I highly recommend this school.

I have been a member of this school for quite some time and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for balance in their lives while getting into shape and learning an ancient art that is centuries old. The teaching in this school is as traditional as it gets, with precision and detail integrated into the curriculum.

Golden Tiger is a truly authentic and traditional martial arts school. Si-gung has a seemingly unlimited wealth of knowledge on Chinese martial arts that I'm still discovering after almost twenty years as his student.

This is the BEST traditional kung fu school in Kitchener-Waterloo. I have been attending this school for almost 15 years, and every class I am still learning something new from the teachers. At this school you will learn more than just martial arts, you will learn philosophy, and history as well. You will learn to be a great martial artist and a better person. What I have learned at this school has transferred over into everyday life. From dedication to work ethic as well as expansion of my mind and thought process, everything has more than one application. If you want to learn great, traditional and complete martial arts, this is the school you need to join!
