CrossFit Kitchener is a great gym. Working out with the community makes it easy for me to stick with it (and I've quit lots of gyms). The coaches here are excellent and the programming really does allow you to realize real gains.

I have been a member of CF Kitchener since August, 2009. This is my second home and I love the facility, coaches and vibe! If you haven't tried CrossFit yet, you definitely should check this place out. Friendly atmosphere!!

Before visiting CrossFit Kitchener for the first time, I worried that I wasn't athletic enough to join this community. I very quickly learned, CrossFit isn't just for the elite, it is for everyone! The coaches, the community, the variety have all kept me motivated and showing up consistently. If you are looking for a challenge and want to see results....if you love to learn new skills and build on old ones.....and if you desire support and encouragement in your fitness journey, this might be the place for you! All ages. All fitness levels. All passionate about living our best fit life.

I’ve been a member of CFK since 2015. Being part of a community helps keep me accountable to a fitness schedule (people will wonder where I have been if I don’t come to class) and motivated (everyone celebrates each other’s successes, even if it’s just getting my chin one inch closer to the bar on a pull up). Great coaches and a great gym!

I have been a member at CrossFit Kitchener since 2010. I was hesitant at first to join but I'm so glad that I did. CFK makes me stronger and fitter everyday. They have a great location and have terrific staff.
