My son has enjoyed the instructors very much. Great classes and the staff is very good to work with. Unfortunately I had issues with their billing/payment system. I was charged for a service a did not use.

WATCH OUT SCAMMERS!! My husband cancelled my son's karate classes in advance and was told several times he wouldn't be charged then he was charged and he called several times they said he would be reimbursed then he got charged again. Now they owe us $300. Seems like u can NEVER CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP THERE!!! My husband just had to cancel his credit card now too! Disgusting business ethics! Shame on them!!

I am also owed for 5.5 months on a 6 month contract. They kept saying the refund will come but that was 3 months ago and until now i haven't receive anything yet.

My daughter loves martial arts, she is very excited about the classes and likes to show it off to her friends at school ;-) Hanif, the manager, is very friendly, approachable, and always there to help and assist. All the instructors are professional, fun but firm, and great with kids. It is a great atmosphere for children, you can see they all love going there for the classes. My daughter is very active, high energy, and the endurance exercises are great for her. The location is also very convenient, at a plaza with lots of parking, Tim Horton's, and grocery stores. The premises is well kept, clean, with a waiting area where you can watch your child during the class. I wish my daughter could come more than once a week, I think she would benefit from that, but our schedule is already so busy. Hopefully in the future we can commit to attending the classes at least twice a week. I highly recommend Pro Martial Arts! You always feel welcome there. Thank you for a great service!

My son joined almost a year ago and loves it here. The instructors are top notch. They are really great with the kids. They aim to teach respect and self discipline and encourage our kids to feel confident with themselves. The kids are trained together, but with the understanding that they may learn at a different pace from one another, which is especially important for kids that may have different needs or challenges.
