Great atmosphere and vibes. The instructors here are friendly, professional and supportive. It's definitely a place worth trying out if you wanna learn authentic taekwondo in Toronto

This place is alright, most of the Black Belts are their own clique and not really nice to everyone. Instructors are very good. I was there from 2011-2015 and I had enough with this place. Maybe it was my lack of interest in the sport but one of the instructors did not like that and kept my as Black Stripe for over a year and that's when I quit. It's the one before Poom belt I believe. What made me quit is the sport itself, and if you are a person that hates fighting it will not be good for you and I hate fighting. Poomsae(Pattern) determines the technique you've learned for each level and this is the deciding factor when you are moved on to the next level. During the testing, they also do some exercising like Jumping Jacks, Horse stance and practice punching up to 30 or 50 I believe. They also have sparring where you spar each other. But, if you do not have the expensive uniform you get to fake spar and its easy. Lastly, there is also board breaking technique and there are different types per different levels. I think for orange belt it was breaking the board with your feet by bringing your leg up and bringing it down in a motion like how an axe is done and it's called an axe kick I believe. Hopefully I don't come off as someone who had a bad and bitter experience at this place and truthfully I didn't. But I wish I was able to continue Taekwondo and not be shown dislike by instructors who are passionate about Taekwondo and I am not. I might come back if I could without the instructors being mean to me. I do recommend this place for people that live in the area and want to get a black belt and become an instructor. This place gives ample experience to do so and the top students play for Team Canada run by Master Kang. The master is really a nice and caring person.
