Sam Lumpini is the best coach I have had in any type of athletics over my entire life. Sam Lumpini is very knowledgeable when it comes to the skill of teaching Sam Lumpini is able to teach all types of learners. Sam Lumpini never gives up on his students and see the real potential in all of his students. Even in group classes the attention and detail he shows towards each one of his students is almost like a private lesson. I am very thankful to have him as a coach!

I've been training at Sam's gym for 2 years now. It's a proud gym with great coaching from Sam Lumpini as well as many fighters to learn from. Sam's years of training and no non-sense approach to self defence makes for a well developed system. This is a gym for everyone, kid's, beginners and fighters looking to improve on skills or add some tricks to their arsenal. It's a friendly environment where you get lots of personal attention and you'll always feel welcome walking through the door. Lumpini Fighting System is a great place to train.

Love the place, people, and atmosphere. I wish I can come more, family and far commutes from where I live keep me away, but I make the time to come, worth the drive. Coach Sam is VERY knowledgeable in his arts. He'll answer any questions you have when you ask. His members are all very respectful. I am a traditional karate guy, but Sam's curriculum has helped me improve all ranges in the game. Prices are in the ball park and fair.

Sam Lumpini Gym has always been 100% honest, respectful, and the environment is always happy and friendly. Everyone is always laughing during stretches and enjoying themselves. Sam Lumpini is very professional and has never disrespected any of his students. Sam Lumpini gym has been an amazing resource for many people and will continue to be! I give it 5/5!!
