P4P is a great facility with great Instructors! I have personally trained with Kru Saji, Matt and Jay and they are great instructors! Their passion and dedication to their students is the reason why there so many successful martial artists coming out of that gym! I strongly suggest giving them a try and sticking with them! You wont regret it!

Amazing staff and coaches! I do competitive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu here, and I have the best training partners and coaches in the GTA!

Awesome gym hands down the best one around. The classes are amazing they keep you learning and push you to your limit. The facility is great there are areas for weight-lifting, boxing bags, a bjj room, & even a ring. The staff is very motivational & friendly they make you feel right at home. This place is great for anyone of all levels from beginner to experienced fighters. Give this place a chance I guarantee that you will not regret it.

No egos. No meatheads. No hotheads. An excellent gym with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Feels like a community always looking for more additions to their extended family. The instructors will guide you as though they are providing you through a private session with an excellent eye for technique. The students thrive off of the philosophy: "Each one, teach one." Everyone grows together and everyone walks out feeling better than they did walking in.

This is the place to be. Definitely the best gym to train at in the GTA. Such a great facility and atmosphere to be in. I thought at first that they were pushing me too hard, but the next day I felt a sense of achievement and it enticed me to want to go back even though I was sore. Just overall great gym
