I Finished the Bootcamp a few weeks ago, and it was an amazing experience. Marta runs a fantastic facility, and the trainers that she employs are some of the nicest people you'll meet. You'll learn movements and techniques in a well structured and encouraging atmosphere. I'm looking forward to getting my full membership soon so I can keep on with these awesome people!

CrossFit Pickering is awesome! It is an amazing place full of great people, laughter, hard work and sweat. All the things I love. Mark and Brock are great instructors ensuring correct form, encouraging everyone and making the WODs fun. Yep I said FUN! Marta the owner, is as good as they come. From the moment you walk in the door which as we all know is very intimidating she will make you feel comfortable. She has a kind heart, and really wants to see you achieve all your goals. I highly recommend Marta and her team!

I have known Marta for years! She has welcome me back after a few years of taking a break and was able to train me back to where I was before I took my break. The boot camp was amazing! I never want to leave here! This is the BEST gym I have ever been to! And super friendly to females and I will recommend to everyone! It is wonderful to participate in classes with mostly women and not be judged.

Was looking to start a new workout program as I got tired of the same routine. Found CrossFit Pickering online and had a great first and introductory experience. The coaches are friendly and keep you motivated. The atmosphere is welcoming and will not disappoint.

In true procrastinator fashion, I sat down last night to finally write this testimonial. As I was listing what joining CFP has meant for me - kick starting an ‘over 40 with a desk job’ metabolism, losing 20 pounds and gaining 10 back in muscle, more energy, gaining a new appreciation about what my body can do, and meeting some fantastic new people - all of which are completely true and awesome - I kept going back to the fact that there’s a lot more to this story. As someone who is no stranger to depression and anxiety, it’s not hyperbole to say that joining CFP has been life changing for me. Maybe it’s the super-dose of endorphins five times a week. Maybe it’s the fact that an hour in the Box is a guaranteed break from my head - after all, you can’t really ruminate on stuff when you’re using your entire being to flip a tractor tire or when you’re concentrating on hefting a heavy barbell over your head! Maybe it’s the week over week proof of bettering myself. Most likely, it is all of the above, combined with a supportive, entertaining, and encouraging group of people who take you as you are, don’t judge, and celebrate every victory, no matter how small, along with you. Whatever the reason, I am grateful to have found my sanctuary and my tribe, and there are not enough stars in the world to reflect how much I recommend this place. :)
