I joined this week and am very excited about returning tonight. The crew is very welcoming no matter how experienced or new you are to the class or for whatever reason you are there for. Come join us and you will be happy you came!

Joined last year September 2018 and tried both Muay Thai and the Women’s Kickboxing classes and I’d have to say I’m very happy. The instructors (both men & women) are all very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Overall, I would say it’s a positive environment and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a good cardio workout or would like to be professionally trained in Muay Thai. Great team/family

This place is so amazing, it really kicks your butt and it’s totally worth it. I go 2-3 times a week and my body feels great. Amazing teachers, I always look forward to class.

Very small gym inside of an industrial unit in a basement, doesn’t even have its own washroom Low caliber of opponents So many better Muay Thai places out there
