I’ve been training at DNA BJJ for a few months now, and so far it’s been a phenomenal experience. Dainis and Sarah have cultivated a friendly, supportive, and encouraging atmosphere perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners looking to refine their game. Show up with a good attitude and an eagerness to learn and you’ll excel; show up with a bad attitude and something to prove and you’ll be shown the door. It’s this philosophy that makes DNA BJJ so great – no douchebags. Only those who are interested in seeing their classmates succeed.

Amazing Gym, as someone with no previous experience in any Martial Arts i was a little nervous attending my first class. The coaches do an amazing job encouraging you, and explaining the techniques in a way you will understand. The other members of the gym do an incredible job making you feel welcomed. And from my experience they all want to help you succeed and encourage you to be the best version of yourself. I would highly recommend attending this gym and giving it a try regardless of your experience level!

Located in Whitby, family oriented, professional and world class instructors, great for beginners, classes 6 days a week, great for all ages, different classes for all age groups, my 4 kids go there and love it. Highly recommend!

I have been to several Jiu-Jitsu gyms in the GTA and DNA is simply amazing!!! They are attentive and focused on delivering the best instruction of techniques to students with extreme focus but most importantly their attention to detail regarding instructions with every single pair that roll in class essures it's done right which is amazing! This is key for young children in that they need that attention to detail and I promise you that DNA delivers elite training. It's intense but important, because they are focused on delivering a high level and meaningful lessons at the same time they welcome your kids who are new to DNA.The kids get use to the training as my kids did and want to go back. The coaching staff are amazing and really when you drive over an hour to attend DNA classes you know they're worth it! They empower and give confidence to the children and this is how the kids truely feel after class. This is something you have as a school that can't be taught, but they have it and make sure every student feels they can achieve Jiu-Jitsu success in any way possible or as much as you want.

I've been going to DNA for almost a year and it is a fantastic in every way. The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging; the students are all helpful and eager to progress; and the variety of pricing and schedule should accommodate all. Highly recommended.
