Guro Brian is a Highly Skilled, patient and caring instructor. Modern Arnis is an amazing martial art and rest assured that you have to be really high level to be able to teach it. I personally have over 15 years of experience in martial arts and have found very few people with the right temperament, patience and real knowledge to teach. Not only is Guro Brian all of these things but he is very passionate and loves his art. I have been learning from him for 5 months and highly recommend his instruction. Modern Arnis is not a sport, so if you want world class instruction in a very real and effective system you will find it at Bamboo spirit. I know I have the Modern Arnis bug and will continue to train it to compliment my existing martial arts skillset. It is also a lot of fun to learn.
