This place changed my life! The staff here are amazing! I decided to try karate to learn self protection but it was so much more than that. In a short time I developed an increase in confidence, memory, physical stamina, and an overall sense of well-being. I have never participated in any type of sport before and was unsure about it but it was the best thing I ever did for myself. I've received so much support and encouragement and it has truly changed me as a person. I look forward to every class. I highly recommend Streetsmart Defensive Arts.

Street Smart Defensive Arts is an amazing place to learn karate and self-defense. My family has been involved with the program for almost 5 years. It presents a family-friendly, non-competitive, fun atmosphere for learning new skills. Students learn at their own pace and are encouraged to improve themselves not compete with one another. The staff/instructors are patient, friendly and wonderful with children. Every class offers new skills/drills and is always a positive experience!

I really cannot believe the level of commitment I am seeing from my 5 and 8 year old. My daughter is now more focused on Karate then she is dance. Renshi Todd has definitely got their attention in a really good way. I highly recommend to anybody that they sign their kid(s) up for his classes. You will not be disappointed.

My son and I just love this club! It's amazing to be able to attend class together in such a friendly and comfortable environment. My son is building his confidence, I am getting well needed exercise and we are both learning invaluable self-defence skills. Who knew a little loving competition between mother and son could be such a great motivator for both of us! Many thanks Renshi Todd!

I joined a bit over 2 years ago and the journey has been nothing short of amazing. My weight was up, my strength and confidence was down. I had massive amounts of anxieties about being in large groups or malls. Now I can keep up with my 7 year old and not be gasping for breath, I am at the same weight I was when I was 18 years old......but the best part of all, I'm not afraid to go out in public anymore because of what I was given for my "toolbox".
