As a judo and shotokan practicioner in my high-school and university years, I beleive this is best karate school in Aurora and surroundings for kids, teens, and adults. Curriculum is focused on practical techniques, I personally love the fact that my daughter is also taught real self-defence techniques in addition to standard shotokan. All teachers are highly professional, passionate about martial arts and really love to share their knowledge. Workouts are not easy, yet still "doable" and you can always augment intensity and workload according to your own personal abilities. Also I find that no 2 workouts are the same, various "know-how" methods are used to presnet curriculum in variety of ways, make it fun for students and keep them engaged. Both me and my daughter enjoy training in Northen Karate Schools Aurora.

It is awesome. Best place in Aurora! I highly recommend anyone looking to sign themselves or their kids up to come here. The teachers always make all the difference and the ones here are amazing people and so passionate. They go beyond to make you happy and build confidence in your talents and abilities. Don't look at any other martial art school, just skip the trouble and come to NKS you will not regret it.
