If you are looking for a place with awesome coaches, amazing support system, constant encouragement from coaches/teammates and people of all skill levels working together then Rumble Martial Arts & Fitness Keswick - Jiu-Jitsu, Kick boxing, Karate, etc is the place for you. If you come in to check the place out you will not be disappointed, I know I have never regretted it. If you are still not sure about it then before you say “this is not for me†call rumble to set up a intro lesson and you will see for yourself just what Rumble has to offer😊😊😊😊😊

The BEST gym in town for kickboxing and brazillian jiu jitsu! Rumble MMA has a fantastic atmosphere, tons of diverse classes, a VERY successful competition team (Team Canada kickboxers, Bronze Medalist in the Worlds, Silver Medalist at the 2018 IBJJF Euros, along with TONS of medals and belts won across North America). Great results if you are looking for fitness, toning, more energy, self defense, confidence, discipline, strength and flexibility... I could go on but you get the idea. There are beginner friendly classes and there are trials and offers that can save you a bunch of money when you come in for a free private lesson. There is an enourmous youth program with tons of classes available for more personal attention, and each class works with one age group (5-7, 8-12, and 13-17), which means your 10 year old wont be stuck with a 5 year old to train with. Definitely life-changing!

Rumble Martial Arts has changed my life. I hadn't exercised for over 30 years and decided to try it out. I could hardly do one full sun sit up in my intro class and that's when I realized that I had to do something about it. It has been almost a year and a half since I started and I've lost lots of weight and have gained muscle mass without lifting any weights. Age and size does not really matter because I'm 57 years old this year, only 5'4" and weigh about 115lbs. Probably the oldest and smallest person on the mat. If you work hard and don't give up then you can be in the best shape of your life. What do you have to lose when Rumble gives you a 30 day free trial period. It is a welcoming place and the coaches are the best that you can get. It is a wonderful family atmosphere. It would build your child's confidence too and they could work off their energy. It also helps children with autism. Give it a try and I bet you will get addicted too and get to be in the best shape of your life!!

What else can I say but awesome. This place has changed my life, the workouts are intense but too busy having fun to realize how hard I'm actually working out. If you've ever thought, I wanna try kickboxing, but I'm not fit enough, this is such a welcoming place. I never felt judged or uncomfortable when I first started and since I felt so great after every class, I was addicted to coming back, and in no time I was watching the fat literally melt away. You get the results by what you give in your class, and it's not as diffucult as it seems when the coach is incredibly accepting and motivating. My favorite part is there is never two classes that are the same, the constantly changing routine keeps us sharp and on our toes. You won't regret giving it a try, but you will regret never trying
