Very welcoming and encouraging coaches and athletes. Had two workouts with them and really enjoyed my experience. Both days I left sweaty and ready to take on the day. Thanks for having me!!

Friendly atmosphere. Encouraging coaches and members. Very professional from first contact via email through to meeting one on one to personal sessions all the way to joining in the classes. The coaches take the time to help you feel confident in yourself for that day's workout. Fellow members are helpful and friendly. I am always excited to go work out (5 days a week) 😀🏋️

Crossfit is the equivalent of getting an apple with a razor blade in it for Halloween. Sure it might seem healthy, but you're just going to hurt yourself doing it. Also not very Alpha.

It takes very little time for anyone to see the true passion that every coach has to help you be the very very best you can be physically. The smiles, concentration and guidance leave no doubt that they all believe in and love what they do. Combining that with a group who will cheer you on, push and support you. It simply becomes a valuable part of your day and part of your lifestyle.

Soo I was scrolling facebook and came across crossfit insight barrie 6 week challenge and decided to sign up for the orientation just to see what it was about as I have heard good things about crossfit but didnt know much about it. So I went and got a good feeling I am very intimated by other gyms as I dont know where to start and they explained that they are different classes every day. that I really liked soo I signed up and was worried the first class that I wouldn't be able to keep up but they are very accommodating to every fitness level. Jody was amazing at inspiring me to get to my goal and to eat right. The first week was the most challenging as i was tempted by junk food alot but I keep saying no to myself after that it got easier and meal prep is a must. The 6 weeks challenge went by super fast people and all couches are all awesom and very friendly they are very supportive though every class. The goal was to lose 25lbs in 6 weeks and I lost 29lbs I feel amazing dont crave sweets as much and if I do a fruit I eat. I recommend this to anyone. Thank you for the life challenging experience.
