Where to start! I’ve been doing CrossFit for 10yrs and within two weeks the coaching staff at Resurrection has increased my strength, cardio, etc. I already notice a difference and they focus on what each person wants to improve on and during your WODs will tell you how to change things up so you do improve and get better! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly! Glad to call this gym my new home away from home!

Very lovely and welcoming community. We did 2 drop in classes and in both occasions everyone was very friendly, introducing themselves and making us feel like we were part of the box. If we lived in the area, we most definitely be joining this box.

Dropped in at CFR while visiting family in the Barrie area over Christmas. Joe and Colton were great! I loved how Colton took the time to break down rope climbs. My husband and I had a great workout and would definitely go back! The gym was clean, welcoming and the coaching was excellent. :)

I've been lucky enough to experience multiple Crossfit gyms in Barrie, and CFR has definitely been my favourite. The facility is top notch with excellent equipment to support all your fitness needs/interests. But the people are what really set this gym apart from the rest. Its an amazing community with awesome members and great, friendly coaches. No matter your interests, you will find a coach here with an awesome amount of knowledge and experience to help you progress towards your goals.

Friendly, welcoming environment! As an "out of shape" beginner I felt intimidated, but once I walked through the door I was welcomed by the community and I'm glad I made the right choice! Don't shut the door, Open It!
