Great team of knowledgeable staff, a great community, family friendly, clean and well equipped facility. Stop debating just come try it!

The atmosphere and wonderful members and coaching staff are what keep me coming back ... The results I see are just an added bonus! Definitely recommend!!

I've been coming here for 3 years. Coaches have always been amazing. Members have always been great and give heathy doses of encouragement! Lots of care given for each member. Equipment is kept in great repair. Workouts are prepared for each day and are super challenging but can totally be adjusted to suit any athletic skill level or work with any mobility restrictions. My wife joined a few years ago also and we're thankful to be in a great community.

The coach here was really rude and insinuated that I may not be able to afford his classes because I started my intro with a Groupon. He was upset that he had to show me the exercises on my first day, like i was a burden being there .I never went back and would not recommend this place. I have tried other CrossFits in Barrie and they have been so welcoming.

Having been at my old crossfit gym for 4+ years, the switch over to the Cabin was a tough and intimidating switch, which I now know was the best decision I have made in my fitness journey. I've been at the Cabin for 6 months, and have exponentially increased my stength, have created bonds with the members that are more like family than friends, and have learned the ropes of becoming a coach from some of the best in Barrie! Everyone was so welcoming and are so understanding and helpful when it comes to helping me be able to work out with my 2 year old son present! I not only love my fit fam, but the programming is second to none!
