What an amazing place! We rented the whole gym for our daughter's birthday and got a huge party area overlooking the gym. Tons of room for kids and parents. The staff was exceptional. All trained on the trampolines and they did one on ones with kids who wanted to show them basic jumping skills and techniques. They were all amazing with the kids and knew how to handle a bunch of rowdy children. They all showed much more patience than even I could ever muster around that many kids. We were very pleased with our experience and will definitely be coming back!

Great place to have a birthday party and the trampoline classes are great too. All of the coaches including the owner are very nice too.

Very fun! The trampolines were a bit dirty, but it was very fun to do! The trampolines were very bouncy and the foam pit was just plain fun! A little complaint is that the staff are doing kinda dangerous stunts, and then asking kids to try and do it. I think they should just let the kids jump, rather than risking injury to do some sort of stunt.

Me and my friend had a WONDERFUL time at Vertical Zone 🤗 Derek, the employee of the year according to both our votes made our overall experience memorable. He was polite, talented and dedicated. We truly enjoyed having him challenging us and showing us safe ways to have fun. Oh and he is incredibly good on a trampoline. Thank you Derek, EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR!!! 1, 2... 👏🏻
