I went here for an interview.i was surprised to see what a wonderful place it is. There are restaurants, tennis courts and many more things. It is extremely well maintained and tidy. All the employees who work here are very welcoming and always smiling . Five stars. Recommend it.

I was invited for a lunch meeting at the bar and bistro on the 1st floor. The parking attendant was very friendly and I was a guest of a club member. Parked on B1 and apparently there are 6 levels of parking. The bathroom facilities were very clean, freshly stocked and had a vanity area for anyone looking to freshen up. There were clean hand towels and a pleasant washroom attendant. Our lunch was delicious and I ordered the soup and tofu poke bowl.

Pros and cons but overall very positive experiences. First of all, the staff (most of them at least) provide exceptional customer service, are friendly, and go way out of the way to help people. The facilities are generally in exceptional condition (I especially love the swimming pools and was a fitness member for years). Food has always been high quality (in both Intersections Snack Bar and the dining room. Defs out of price range...and lots of add-ons to use various facilities. Very formal in some areas with strict rules (ie only white clothing on tennis courts), but that is OK. I'm not a huge fan of the whole idea behind "section" memberships... believe all members should have unlimited access, but I suppose it keeps #s in place. Also on that note I do believe the staff should be given an unlimited club membership too.

My car broke down last night in the parking lot when I was here working an event. The front desk service and especially the parking attendants/managers were amazing and so helpful. I had to leave it there overnight, but they are helping me make sure that it gets to the dealership. I can't thank them enough for the kindness they showed me in a very stressful time - especially to someone who is not a member of the club.
