I showed up at their location Yesterday. The front person was a Jerk. I provided the coupon and the first thing he said was " it is old probably 9-10 years old" and also said it was " probably a print". Then he told me "not to get angry" when I was just responding to his false comments. #1 the card was 2-3 years old because of a health issue #2 the card was purchased at their location and it had the correct green ink to it contrary to the card he returned to me which was black and white. #3 the front desk person should not be surprised that I was upset based on the way HE acted. They are not accurate on the clock when checking in, meaning the short change the customer. NEWS FLASH: If you are going to sell gift cards and you don't trust the customer then put a EXPIRE DATE ON the card and don't imply the customer is dishonest. Find another front desk person and any future customers consider the Markham Dome it is worth the drive. At least they don't treat you like a criminal

Go there Mondays and Thursdays for pick up soccer. Great fields and close to main highways. Can't go wrong

This is my go-to dome in Toronto - close to the 401, it's easy to get to and generally not too busy. I've been able to get a mat 98% the time without waiting. There are 2 levels, my preferred is lower, as well as 2 simulators. The mats are in good shape, updated regularly but the balls are a bit crappy. It is large enough so you going see your drive flight so you can definitely see the trajectory and enough feedback (slice, hook, worm burner) to be able to work on your technique. This is a great winter solution to keep up your swing until spring comes. The best feature is the putting and chipping areas, including sand, which is great to warm up on before going to your paid (by time usually depending on the time of year) mat. Staff are friendly and the waiting area has several tables and tvs and some snacks and drinks for purchase.

Very good option to get out and swing the clubs during the winter months

Definitely the finest indoor driving range in Toronto! Very clean and well maintained facilities. There is a rest area, small putting area, and golf simulators. My only feedback would be to increase the timer for the lights in the women's washroom (my friend got scared when lights turned off unexpectedly).

Nice fields. But management does not turn on air-conditioning during summer and heating system during the winter.
