Stayed in the Fairways 2 bedroom townhouse. Great space with each bedroom having its own ensuite. Definitely needs some work (electrical outlets barely hold a plug in, hot/cold water reversed in shower). Customer service was great and the breakfast buffet at Memories was really good!

They had a promotion at a car show allowing my spouse and I to book with them on a really awesome deal. We paid and were set to stay with them in June. I was super excited as I golf and love the spa. Plus I has been to the Scandinavian spa in November and I really like the area. The manager or owner (not sure but a female) just called my spouse and said they have to cancel our booking because age limit is 35 and that I don’t meet their resorts requirement being that I am 28. I feel discriminated against. I work hard, give back and see myself as a responsible working adult. I paid the full amount required when asked. Very disappointed with this company. I wonder how they treat their staff if this is how they treat their customers. Very sketchy.

I visited during the March Break. We checked in and the staff was friendly. My family and I were not expecting much, given that we had booked the room just one night before. It was a good price, but we were shocked to see how messy the room was. I am guessing that we were given the worst quality room, because we had booked the last but all of the rooms should be at the same degree of quality. The lampshade was covered in stains and would not stay on properly. Our room was right next to the elevator too, with lots of screaming children waking us up throughout the night. If you intend on staying here, book earlier to ensure you have a nicer room!

Not bad. Not the cleanest at March break because so busy it was understandable. Dinner restaurant was not greatest value for the money. Breakfast was great and the staff was really helpful. Great condo for 6 people. Could easily spend a week here.

Better than average, and good value. They lost a star for the renovations being only half done: looked like they quit halfway through the bathroom renovation. Also the pool looks like it hasn't been updated since 1950, but the hot tub is close enough to warm to be worth visiting. Major props for having a Tesla destination charger. Makes the winter trip much easier.
