Have been going to Golfworks for a few years. not a whole lot of options around. I came in with shaft in hand for a re-shafting job. all I needed was the proper ferrules. the person at the cash helping me didn’t seem to really know what I needed. I made it as clear as I could. after 25 minutes I received what I was told I needed to re-shaft my irons. My buddy got everything ready, shafts prepped, epoxy mixed only to find out I was given the wrong sized ferrules even though I had a shaft with me that we measured. .355 to .370 heads. called hoping they would make it right only to be told it’s not their policy to ship the right product out when they‘ve made a mistake. all they seem to care about is helping out local golf buddies than the customers keeping them in business. AVOID This is not my only bad experience. really poorly run business.

Knowledgeable and attentive staff. Absolute rock bottom pricing on shafts and grips, and amazing selection. Brendan has helped me get my clubs tuned and ready for going on 5 years now and I can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommend!!!!
