Buyer beware. I went to their shop for a auto key replacement key. Before I had called I got a price and was told to call before I come in so some one would be there. The replacement key created works fine, but the price quoted was much different. I was quoted $40 on the phone. When the key was created it was now $99. This is more then the dealer charges, so I knew something was wrong. I mentioned it and the price then became $70. I should have left. I paid the $70, but the more I thought about it bothered me and I do not want someone else to be treated the same way. I sent an email to the owners and got no reply. Not getting a reply tells me they don't care or is part of their normal practice. So be careful with this vendor.

This dude rolled up in 20 minutes on a Sunday at 8:30 and had my lock picked in about 5 minutes thereafter. I went downstairs for a drink and by the time I came back up he was done and done. Did a courtesy of just taking the lock we didn’t have a key to off the door. Offered to make one on the spot. Straight up A team.

My go to locksmith from now on. They were able to duplicate, and program a new key for my Toyota for a fraction of the cost of the dealer. Before you take your car to the dealer for a key, go to Heritage and save yourself hundreds of dollars. And it only took 10 minutes! Highly recommended.
