I was Married here two weeks ago, and Overall we were very pleased with the result on the day. Our Day of coordinator Jimmy went above and beyond for us in every way, and was very accommodating when we asked for mobility assistance for elderly grandparents or the moving of decor from outside to inside! The only reason that we decided to give 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the bar staff not always being present during the open bar on the night of the wedding, and the inconsistencies with communication with the new owner for meetings during the transition as well as the tasting which was confirmed for 6 people, and we were seated and plated for 4. Very reasonably priced, and a lovely spot with the beautiful old barn foundation to give character to the space. I am very glad that we chose this location for our big day!

Honestly wish I could give this a higher score. The staff, organization and overall administration was good. Unfortunately, the course is in really really rough shape. I don't think i have ever played a course with so much dead grass and dirt. Tee boxes, fairways, greens and even practice areas showed significant degradation. Gounds were extremely hard where I almost broke a few tees trying to push it into the ground. Rocks on the tee box also put some good wear on my driver. The kitchen staff got hit by sickness (unsure if it was covid), so all they had to offer were pre-made sandwiches. Again, staff was friendly and respectful. However the grounds were so dead, this course is unplayable. With a bit of maintenance and care would make a world of difference.

I was part of a group that had rented half the hall for an end of the year get together and meal. The servers were very friendly and attentive! We had a select menu to order off of, and it seemed varied enough to offer something to please everyone. I thoroughly enjoyed my Nashville chicken on a pretzel bun with a side of delicious cole slaw! It is definitely something I would order again! The other people at my table enjoyed their meals and I heard other people in the room say their meals were good as well. This was my first meal at Grand Valley since the menu has changed and the other options on it sound really good, I'll be back!

Don’t waste your time buying passes on underpar for this place. Next to impossible to book a time and when you go there there’s nobody on the course. They offer you a lunch with your deal and the kitchen is hardly ever available. The fairways are like asphalt. I really can’t say a nice thing about the place. Would be a good place for a drunken golf tournament.

We heard there were new owners , so we decided to get our regular banquet burgers, fries and gravy. We phoned down to the golf course and it rang for a few minutes and the pro shop answered and he put us on hold we waited and waited some more. We were just about to hang up when the pro shop came back on and took our order and ran it over to the kitchen. It was ready on time , but they had no bags. So they found this flimsy bag and put the food in that and did it not all fall out in our driveway. We tried to call back to let them know what happen, now we got no answer. So back we go. They has no issues with making another two burgers and fries. Seeing , as we mentioned the bag was to thin. Anyway the burgers and fries ( they were from costco ) were 40 dollars plus. For that price I expected angus beef and fresh cut fries. The burgers are not even close to being worth 40 dollars $ 20 at the most. You get about a hand full of fries and the gravy and fries are loaded with salt. Way to much salt. The burgers were dry and had no taste. They are very disorganized and had no idea what was up or down. Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere. We miss the old owners already.IT is very very expensive for a sub par golf course.
