Very affordable but bunkers have no sand whatsoever and many fairways are a mess and are in dire need of attention by a groundskeeper. Greens were in great shape. This course has the potential to be 5 star but work needs to be done.

5, 6 & 7 holes pretty wet. Green in good shape but for goose droppings.

Played the course immediately after hours of morning rain. Great drainage, good layout. Lots of straight fairways. Prices are good as well.
