I have been going to Kara at Cafe of Life for just about a year on a wellness basis. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Very informative and a great first-time chiropractic experience!

The Cafe of Life team is amazing. Dr. Sebastian not only educated me on the various functions of spine has throughout the body, but proposed a treatment plan for me that I am extremely satisfied with. The pain in my hands from years of Carpal Tunnel is no more, and overall I feel great. Thank you Cafe of Life! You guys are amazing!
