Consulting Dr Aisha at the Triloka institute has been one of my best decisions. She is remarkable and extremely patient with understanding the source of the issue. She observed and diagnosed my health holistically, hence not just curing the underlying root cause, but rather heal the psychological, spiritual and physical body as a whole. I am extremely happy about beginning my self healing journey under the guidance of Dr Aisha, who took the time and the effort to educate me about my symptoms and best practices to sustain my overall well being. The staff is also very positive and uplifting — The positive ambience and vibrations are felt within the institute as soon as you walk in.

Consulting Dr. Aisha at the Triloka institute has been my life changing experience. She treats her patient as if she is going through that pain herself, hence she is able to diagnose the root cause of health issues. She finds the best solution that would work for you to eliminate your pain. I have never met a doctor who is very dedicated to her occupation and willing to do anything to help her patients out. She is remarkably smart, caring, honest and a very nice doctor. She observed and diagnosed my health holistically, hence not just curing the underlying root cause, but rather heal the psychological, spiritual and physical body as a whole. I am extremely happy about beginning my self healing journey under the guidance of Dr. Aisha, who took the time and the effort to educate me about my symptoms and best practices to sustain my overall well being. Also, she is available over the phone if you need any quick emergent resolution. She takes the time out for you especially just to ensure you are doing well. She doesn't work for money, she works for helping people in this world through her occupation. It's very rare to find a doctor like Dr. Aisha Durrani and I am very glad that I met her! The staff is also very positive and nice at this place. I recommend everyone to go to Dr. Aisha at this institute if you want the best results with the MOST caring doctor!

It was my first visit at Triloka today but I had had multiple concersations with the receptionist/admin, Sandy and she was always professional and positive in her approach. I was told what to expect at my first appointment and what the process to bill my insurance company would be like. Today, I walked in and filled some forms and off I was to see Psychologist, Dr. Sonia Singh. I had done my research on her prior to the visit and knew that she was going to be knowledgable with regards to mood disorders, but I didn't know what she would be like as a person. Meeting her today, I feel like she is a sincere doctor and not just trying to make things up to get me to become a patient. She was patient throughout the session, listening and providing feedback as necessary. I was nervous before the appointment today and didn't know what was going to be the outcome, but Dr. Sonia was able to understand my situation and offer her insight and guidance as to what the next steps would look like. I really appreciate her time and efforts and highly recommend her services. A big thank you to the staff at Triloka.

I went to the clinic to see Dr. Aisha Durrani about my health. She took the time to take in my history and walked me through my diagnosis and treatment plan. This was a very unique experience for me because I have never been to a doctors room for more than 15 minutes and whenever I had more issues to discuss I was told to make an appointment again. This was the first time for me where a doctor took their time to find out information about me, my health and was looking for ways to holistically treat me. So there wasn’t a quick pill fix and I wasn’t rushed out the door, she treated me with kindness and made sure all my questions/concerns were addressed. Throughout the consultation she was patient with me and she has this calming presence and this light about her (hard to describe) that made me feel at ease. Part of my treatment included acupuncture and cupping (I am sharing this information because I believe everyone should consult their health practitioners about these treatments as they are absolutely integral to maintaining good health!). This was the cherry on top of the wonderful experience I had with Dr. Aisha because I felt I had been to spa but I would say it was 100x better than going to a spa. My muscles were so tense before this and I truly felt my body release all the knots of stress/tightness. I am blessed to have crossed paths with a doctor like Dr. Durrani, she is not only a knowledgeable doctor but she is also a kind and authentic human being who genuinely cares about people. Also, I could clearly see that Dr. Aisha was not targeting just the ailment and giving me a quick fix for it but she was interested in all of me- my life/history and mental health, as she had explained they all play a key role in my ailment. Her holistic approach to treating me is what I need and I would truly recommend her and the clinic. I also had an opportunity to visit the Himalayan salt cave and it was basically the cherry cherry (double cherry because my acupuncture and cupping was already the first cherry) on top of my amazing visit. I was there for around 30 minutes and right away fell asleep. After the session I felt I had slept for hours and felt so refreshed. Overall a wholesome and wonderful experience. I believe it is absolutely rare to find a doctor like Dr. Aisha who is there for you whole heartedly and I am truly grateful I have finally found a doctor and health centre I have been searching for all along!
