I was recommended to try here by my uncle and now I absolutely love coming in to the tree of life chiropractics! I go in 3 times a week and from the first day of walking in to the building I was welcomed with a warm and friendly smile. The staff here have been nothing but wonderful and ever since I have been seeing Dr. Nenoâ€™s I have felt so much better! The facility has always been very clean and tidy! I look forward to my adjustments every week and would highly recommend to come here if youâ€™re looking for a chiropractor!

Dr. Nenos is one of the best Chiropractors I've had in my life--and I've been doing Chiro on and off for about 10 years. Out of everyone I've seen, he's definitely helped the most. In the two months I've been with him so far, I've seen the most improvement. When I first went to Dr. Nenos, he measured that I was putting about 20kg more on my right leg than my left leg. My spine was all out of alignment (quite literally) and my neck was apparently the worst of it, having almost completely lost its normal curvature. He sent me for some x-rays to confirm the shape of my spine compared to how it should be, showed me the comparison in alignments, and then set up a three day a week treatment plan for correction. Within a few weeks I was feeling better, I had more energy, I wasn't in as much pain, I could feel myself standing a little straighter. I'm still in the middle of my treatment program, but I'm definitely improving, as after a recent progress check, I'm now only putting about 7kg more on the right leg as opposed to 20kg. He's very knowledgeable, explains it in very easy terms so that anyone can understand the issues and solutions to their problems. His hours are pretty flexible, having hours in the morning and hours in the later afternoon and evening. And they're pretty affordable too. Fadya (forgive me if I spelled it incorrectly) works the front desk, and is the kindest, and most soft spoken woman you'll ever meet. She's incredibly helpful if you ever need anything. Would 100% recommend Dr. Nenos if you need any kind of chiropractic care at all and you live in the Hamilton/Ancaster/Dundas area.

I've been going to Nino's for about 2 years now. Having come from a previous chiropractor it was very different than what I was used to. I had never had manual adjustments done on myself only with an activator so the change was very beneficial. I've never felt better and the change in my health is phenomenal. I highly recommend visiting Tree of Life Chiropractic. They are very friendly and family oriented. Leah is also amazing, she will work with your schedule and help you with anything you need.

Great knowledge & advice, quick and professional adjustments. Been going about four years was a real mess when I started and Nenos fixed me up good. Receptionists are also very helpful and accommodating.
