Amrita has been outstanding in helping me with my chronic hamstring and achilles injuries. She uses a variety of techniques including manual therapy and graston to help loosen up the tissues and get me moving with confidence again. She keeps the atmosphere light and always explains the why behind her techniques. She gives me a sense of optimism that I can finally put this pain behind me for good. I highly recommend her services!
