terrible service... waited 2hrs in the waiting room to never be called upon as watched people who came after me get called one by one

I find the reception staff to be efficient and pleasant! You can even check yourself in at a computer. I have had physiotherapy here for a broken elbow and it went well. I am mostly impressed with the chiropractor, Dr. Robert Winslow is a phenomenal doctor!! Never fails to fix me up. Today I went in with a very sore neck I could hardly move and walked out feeling a million times better, I am beyond grateful!

I was referred to this physiotherapy clinic by the health clinic downstairs. I found all the receptionists and physiotherapists to be friendly and helpful. I spent all of the money that my insurance would cover, and I am still experiencing the same issues that I arrived with after almost 2 months of physiotherapy. I found the biggest issue is that the appointments are only 20 minutes long, which isn't enough time to discuss progress and receive adequate treatment. I feel like I wasted a lot of time and money, and I wish I had gone somewhere else to begin with.

Great staff and very knowledgeable. Very integrated treatment approach with the chiropractors, RMTs, physiotherapists, sports doctors, and even the pedorthist working together. All teams share your treatment history and notes so you don't have to explain your injury / treatments to everyone each time. Free parking at the university during treatment time as well. Highly recommended

Do not expect customer service coming to this clinic. The staff are not welcoming. Plus they are understaffed. As a student who cannot go to other clinics without paying an exorbitant fee. Not including walk in during spring break (not everyone can afford a holiday) and not providing enough doctors for an appointment (over 30 day waiting period) cause MORE UNDO stress on an already stressed out group of people. At least the doctors on the inside (if you can ever get there) are nice!
