Dr. Nolet is a very experienced chiropractor who goes above and beyond to explain how to develop healthy habits to protect the spine. He is knowledgeable in sports injuries and has taught me safe deadlifting and squatting to protect the back, as well as alternative abdominal exercises that avoid spine bending and twisting.

Amazing chiropractor!! He is very knowledgeable about the spine as well as everything else he does (especially teaching you how to conduct basic everyday movements in a manner that improve lower back, neck and spine health). You can tell the man is a seasoned veteran. The location was a bit of a drive for me which wasn't ideal but definitely well worth the commute for the experience, and everything Dr. Nolet offered. One of the best around in my opinion!

After seeing a physiotherapist for 8 weeks, MRI's, Xray's, pain medication and getting nowhere I started seeing Dr Paul. He is an absolute miracle worker. He listened to my concerns and developed a plan that we both felt comfortable with. I was given exercises to do at home and started feeling relief within a week. I was in constant pain and after just a few weeks with Dr Paul I was pain free for the majority of the day for the first time in years. He helped give me my life back. I was able to spend the summer camping and hiking and this review is long overdue. Thanks Dr Paul for helping me take control of my life and end the chronic back pain that was crippling me.

I suffered a serious horse back riding accident when I was younger which lead to sever pain and back problems as I got older. I was on heavy pain meds and muscle relaxants which affected my ability to do my best work on the job. My friend recommended Dr. Nolet to me and he was a total blessing! I saw him regularly for a long time while my back made steady progress healing and then less often as I regained more mobility. I credit his good work, knowledge, and sensitivity for getting me to a place where I can live a more or less normal life. I love the fact that he bases his practice on sound scientific research as it gives me confidence in the advice and cautions he passes on. I highly recommend Dr. Nolet to anyone who has back problems and wants to maximize their chances of healing and health!
