Firstly, I find the pricing a rip off considering the fraud treatment I was provided twice. I came in guaranteed for a reflexology treatment, once arrival I was told I won’t be getting treatment from a specialist but from a massage therapist that knew the points and ways.. it then quickly became a massage, and nothing in reflexology was provided. And unfortunately with failure of satisfying my treatment, I was upset the whole day which whatever I got over eventually..I’m also too nice to say anything the first treatment but now coming giving the store a second chance for an actual massage, and while getting this massage It brought me back to how much I enjoyed my massage (“reflexology”) treatment the first time. Imagine how now, unsatisfied I am. I couldn’t wait until my treatment was finished, it was fairly weak, slow, paused, the music was strange and nothing I have ever expected, it was one of the worst massages Ive been given. I wish I had the nerve to say something. I was questioned after my treatment how I felt and I answered the same but to add the frustration lol. obviously I wasn’t meant to come to this store and some may have better luck then I have here. But to give advice, Don’t ever settle for just a same day appointment and only ask for an experienced massage therapist. To help you and your time if your reading this. Also I’m not sure If it will make a difference because I feel this store will try and take anyone and your money and not a lot of people can afford massages like I can comfortably. So please Ask a lot of questions before attending your appointment 😅

I always come here, I appreciate their later hours

I have to say, I was super excited to go for an hour massage at this clinic today. Upon arriving 10 minutes early, I had to wait a bit as they were not open yet. 5 minutes later I saw the lights come one. I walked in and sat down. I noticed immediately that the carpets were all salty and not vacuumed. Fair enough, maybe they were in a rush last night as I could see the debit machine had a string of receipts still hanging from it. But as I looked around, the floors were so salty and filthy, not just 1 day filthy but looked like weeks of salt and grime. The tray where you are suppose to leave your shoes was aooooo salty and dirty I would not want to take my shoes off in there. The shelves had not been dusted for some time. The magazine table was dirty, stained and not dusted. There was a lot of plant soil spilt on the ground and all along the window sill behind their desk. Their water cooler- gosh I would not want to drink from that as it looked very dirty. All this I am noticing in a 5 minute window as I waited for my massage therapist who had not yet arrived on site for the appt. The clinic was not in any shape to service clients! It needs a good cleaning head to toe! I also was not asked to fill out any forms about my health or medical history which I found odd since I told them I was pregnant and had some back and neck injuries. So, i had to bail; I had to get out of there as fast as I could! Even though I reallllllly needed some therapy today. I am sorry to the massage therapist who I was suppose to see and apologize for leaving. But if your front of the house is that filthy, I def don’t want to be in the back of the house! I went right over to Bodyworks Massage on Gordon and booked an appt there. It is so welcoming and clean and vibrant, calm and tidy! What everyone wants to see and feel when they are going for a relaxing massage especially for the price we pay!

I saw Helena for pain in my hands and she was phenomenal, she was so gentle but managed to gently increase the pressure where I needed it and completely got rid of my pain, I love her music selection and massage. As a massage therapist myself I highly recommend Helena to everyone and wiil go back soon.
