I have been seeing Elizabeth Howes for several years now and can’t recommend her enough. She is very thorough and knowledgable and has a very relaxing and calm presence about her. The whole clinic is wonderful and is small and personal. And even though it is located downtown, I never have difficulty finding parking on Wellington right in front of the clinic. Highly recommend.

I injured my back while on a business trip to Kingston, Elizabeth spent a great deal of time ensuring she understood the nature of the injury and set to work to get me back in the game. I found the massage to be exactly what I needed. Thanks again.

I just went for a WONDERFUL 30 minute massage with RMT Kate. This woman is magical! I highly recommend stopping by... You won't be disappointed! Will definitely be back again.

I have been going to Wellington Acupuncture and Massage for 10+ years. The clinic environment is very peaceful. The staff are attentive, respectful and professional. Carlyn has mastered the art of making deep tissue work relaxing. She is knowledgeable and kind. I enjoy our conversations and admire the charitable endeavours that the staff engage in.

I loved my relaxation massage with Elizabeth. She is very professional and has a very good understanding of the problem areas in the body. Furthermore, she gave me recommendations on how to work my tense areas at home. The ambiance is great because is a quite space, and the downtown location is perfect! I would definitely recommend this place for an excellent and professional massage.
