I started getting chiropractic help from Dr. Ali in back in September. The consultation revealed I had minor scoliosis (a curve in my spine) by my shoulders and in my lower back. By December I had a noticeable difference in my comfort leveling while sitting and the limp I'd grown accustomed to was much less noticeable thanks to Dr. Ali's help. The appointments are quick and easy with a lower cost than any other chiropractor I've seen. I've recommended two friends to her and they have had similar results as well.

Dr. Ali's excellent and compassionate care keeps my chronic low-grade neck and lower back pain down to a barely-noticeable level ever since she took over from her parents a few years ago. I notice the difference when I have to skip a treatment!

Dr. Ali is the best chiropractor I have ever gone to see. Not only is she strong and makes the adjustment itself easy and comfortable, she comes up with a plan for every single one of her patients. She will take into account any details of discomfort and update your plan and get you feeling better. She is considerate and fun to talk to, she makes every patient feel important- she really cares about your wellbeing. She once opened her office earlier so that I could get an adjustment in before a 15 hour road trip!! Seeing her for adjustments has always helped brighten my day and lessen my back problems, headaches, and sleeping troubles. I had to move to Halifax, but Dr. Ali researched for 2 weeks to find a good chiropractor for me out here. I will miss her so much!! You cannot go wrong going to see her.

What an amazing place and service! The environment is inviting and relaxed and Dr. Ali and her staff are nothing short of amazing. Dr. Ali shows interest and care in her patients, and that was evident right from the get-go with my initial assessment. I'm just shy of 2 weeks into my treatment/adjustments and I am already feeling a difference. For the first time, I feel hopeful about my condition improving, so I have Dr. Ali to thank for that. If you're considering a chiropractor visit but you're hesitating, give this place a try -- I was in the same boat as you and I'm glad I took the leap!

I began my treatment with Dr. Houde-Shulman this past September because I was experiencing constant pain in my lower back and neck. I still remember the pain I was in even just walking 10 min to the office when I first started. After the x-rays showed that I had mild scoliosis, she came up with a treatment plan that would help correct the curvature in my back and neck. After a few weeks-months I not only experienced a significant reduction in the pain in my back, but gained a range of motion in my neck that I never realized was possible before! Dr. Houde-Shulman is also extremely friendly and approachable, and she really goes above and beyond for her patients. Unfortunately, I will be moving away from Kingston so I won't be able to continue being her patient but she was kind enough to help connect me with a Chiropractor in my new city! I highly recommend Queen Street Chiropractic!
