I went to see Joel for support in recovering from a concussion on a recommendation from a colleague (a recommendation I will definitely pass on to friends and family). Joel is highly knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest concussion research, which he shared with me throughout the process (super helpful context to have). I always left appointments feeling like I had a solid plan for active recovery - steps I could take to help myself recover faster. Joel answered all my questions thoroughly, with supporting data & research, and his attention to detail is top notch.

I went see Dr. Dixon after learning that I had post concussion syndrome from a fall 3 months prior. I was able to get into see him quickly and making subsequent appointments was not an issue either. I didn't have to wait months. Dr. Dixon was professional and thorough. His treatment helped me recover quickly. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I called Dr. Joel almost a week after my concussion. He was able to give me an appointment for the very next day, which I was so thankful for. I had originally called another organization which offered physiotherapy for concussion, but the first appointment they could offer me would have been almost 3 weeks after my concussion. He is very knowledgeable on the most current concussion research and helped me heal quickly and get back to my normal life. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Joel really helped me heal from my concussion. He is really knowledgable and skilled at treating neck and eye issues from the concussion. Would highly recommend him to anyone!!

I went to Joel after 2 months of trying to recover from back to back concussions. After a couple visits, Joel had me back to my regular routine, feeling back to normal. He had very in depth information as well as the latest research to help create a recovery plan specialized for me. Anyone suffering from a concussion should definitely see Joel.
