Excellent service. The medical office assistant Rose is such a lovely woman; always very polite and personable. Dr. Michael, the chiropractor whom is there full time hours is a wonderful doctor. I have also seen the neurologist, Dr.Gomez there and think that he also great. All in all, I would recommend this clinic to others again and again. Both Doctors are very pleasant, welcoming and listen to their patients concerns and do their best to accomodate as well as find answers. Thank you for your patience and your service!

This doctor needs to be shut down. The office he works out of in St. Catharines is a nightmare. It's disgustingly messy. Unprofessional. We were originally told it was first come first serve. Which completely unprofessional. Then anytime we called the receptionist said "no I never said that it's appointment based" which is a completely lie because we've NEVER scheduled an appointment and always walked in. We paid 180 dollars for medical forms to be submitted which were never submitted correctly. After asking multiple times if our files were being sent to the family doctors and we were told yes. Everything is sent to the family doctor. Turns out NOTHING was sent. Doctor Gomez completely contradicted himself multiple times over different visits, and is very aggressive. At one appointment he literally began to argue with my husband and I. Another appointment he got medical information incorrect. And asked how the medication was working. You will catch pigs flying before I take any medication from this man. NOW. The fax and phones are down and we can not access our medical record's, we cannot call, AND our doctor can not request the medical records

Dr. Michael Venerri D.C. is a quack who didn't ask for my medical history. The secretary/receptionist can be very rude, she works very long hours and seems to have a chip on her shoulder. Only reason to go is Dr Gomez. He is pretty cool.

"Doctor" Gomez did not acknowledge all my symptoms. I have a lot more symptoms that the doctor did not address. Saw me for 5 min after I was referred to him. I asked for other tests and he just ignored me and kind of "shooed" me out of the office. I asked for my requests to be documented, but I doubt they were. Seems like he just wanted me to go see his partner in the office for some therapy which is not covered under OHIP. It is almost that the doctor will just charge hundreds to the government because he saw me for 5 min! This person should not be allowed to practice!

Worst place ever! I have been waiting on orthotics for over half a year and everytime I call I am given the same spheal and told I will receive a call back to which I never do. I tried to tell the secretary that and I was very polite but stern and never raised my voice and instead of listening to the criticism she got mouthy with me and kept cutting me off and would not listen to said issue. I gave her my name and number she was really rude and she hung up on me abruptly even though I never was abusive with my tone and I called back later to now find out his orthotics don't exist and they have no record of them needless to say we won't be getting them from there and are never going there again.
