Great depth of knowledge and experience, trustworthy, efficient, conscientious and attentive. Spends but does not waste time on assessment which quickly pays dividends in approach of varied treatments. The clinic advertises walk ins and when attending booked appointments I have always walked straight through and have never been kept waiting. Good value, good service, good job!

Dr Matheson and his team at the Albert St Chiropractic clinic are welcoming, professional and very health-centered. Dr Matheson's adjustments are performed confidently, and gently with much attention to detail. It has been my experience that the clinic is respectful of my time with regards to booking and keeping appointments, which I appreciate. As well as exceptional in-house care, Dr Matheson's team also creates a monthly wellness newsletter with great tips on many aspects of healthy living. I look forward to it as it is always a good reminder for me. I would highly recommend this clinic for chiropractic care.

I have had a fear about chiropractors for most of my life and was convinced I would never seek one out to work on my back. I have struggled with increasing back, hip and buttock pain and sciatica pain for a number of years and tried many things like massage, yoga, active release, exercise, anti-inflammatories and pain medication to reduce the pain. Those things helped but did not get at the source of the problem. The last 6 months have brought increased pain which has impacted my life significantly - it became impossible to get a full night's sleep and daily activities were reduced because the pain was present on a constant basis. My husband has been suggesting that I go see Dr. Matheson for help with my concerns. I resisted for a long time because of my fear however, I was becoming desperate for relief. My first appointment was last week. I was very anxious about it but Dr. Matheson was so patient and explained every little step of what he was going to do. He stated that it was up to me how I wished the treatment to progress...a little at a time was perfectly fine so that my comfort level would increase. Prior to any gentle manipulation he explained fully what was going to happen and what to expect. Because he understood my fear he provided what I needed to hear in order to take further steps. It alleviated my anxiety and I was able to relax and proceed with the treatment. Subsequently the issues causing my back, hip and sciatica pain are greatly improved. It is incredible to feel the drastic improvement within the last 10 days. I highly recommend Dr. Matheson to anyone looking to relieve their back pain.
