Before I chose to come into Dr. Z's office, I went online to check out reviews on chiropractors in downtown Ottawa where I work. There were so many options and locations, but what drew me to Dr. Z is the many outstanding reviews from his current and previous patients. The front desk staff are very courteous and helpful. Dr. Z took his time during my first visit to explain all of the options and health options that are available. I was amazed by his level of knowledge and experience. I have been visiting Dr. Z since October 2016. Thank you for the amazing care, much appreciated!

First off let me start by saying that I have always been skeptical of receiving chiropractic care. My wife finally convinced me to come and see Dr.Z ( she has been a patient for years) and let me tell you my friends that he knows what he is doing here, he will customize a plan specifically tailored to your needs and well being. He and the staff are very professional,knowledgeable and make you feel at ease . As much as it pains me to admit it but my wife was right, should have listened much sooner.... Thank you DR.Z!

Unlike many of the other reviews here that talk about fixing headaches and back pain I first met Dr. Zielonka when he was presenting a lecture on vitamins at the health and wellness expo here in Ottawa. After the lecture I spoke to him at length and was taken aback at how knowledgeable and down to earth he was. He was able to answer questions that none of my other doctors could. I then read his book The Science of Vitamins and since then have been following all of his advice. I am off both my stain medication and blood pressure pills and I feel the best I have in 10 years. Thank-you for sharing your knowledge Dr. Z. I feel blessed to have met you.

I had never thought of going to a chiropractor for my concussion until a friend told me what Dr. Z had explained to him. I made the mistake of trying 2 other chiropractors closer to my home and work thinking they were all the same. Big mistake. One was scared to do anything and the other made me worse. Since I had been living with it for 9 months I was ready to give up. I had tried everything else, family doctor, specialist, physio, massage, osteopath, acupuncture. After those 2 chiropractors I had also given up on Dr. Z even though I hadnâ€™t yet seen him thinking all choirs were the same. After my friend told me what an idiot I was for going elsewhere (his words) I finally saw Dr. Zielonka. He was so thorough, did tests no one else had and explained why everything else hadnâ€™t worked as well as what was missing. His sportâ€™s background was also a big plus. For the first time I am coming back to normal. Everyone with a concussion should come here if they want to get better.

You walk in and immediately feel as part of the family. I have been going to Dr Z for many many years and I would not be doing the things I am doing at my age if it wasnâ€™t for him either helping me through an injury or just keeping the body aligned. He and his staff are professional, friendly, sympathetic and supportive. They are the best.
