I felt like I was on a production line...she come in, adjust without doing any real analysis on a on me, and leave. My file was put in the door with my name fully showing so she'd know it before he entered the room. Doubt if I saw her on the street he'd know who I was or anything about my condition. His adjustments hurt, too. Shooting pain. Staff, however, were great. Covered up her lack of focus on patients. Pushed the "package" deal so that I'd sign on for long term. I was never given a re-analysis after the first one (that is, never provided an update using all his gadgets on how her adjustments were making my spine better - perhaps they weren't). So rating on knowledge - can't say. Needless to say I am no longer a patient. I'm surprised by all the great reviews. Since you don't need an account to write a review, I suspect some of the 121+ reviews are by her own.

After many years off chiropractic help I decided to find a local doctor, found BYWARD chiropractic clinic and I was booked with Dr. Sasha Hamid. I went in for a consultation, was happy with the staff and area but noticed within the consultation Dr. Sasha Hamid left the room for about 5-6 min and came back to me know that because I was late by a minute or two she adjusted another client. Which seemed strange but I considered that was ok until I continued with a few sessions. Unfortunately, I donâ€™t feel like Dr. Hamid takes the time with her patience and seemed like she was breaking the 10 min session into 5 min, and then running to the next room without finding out how the body feels. So I booked a session another doctor at BYWARD chiropractic clinic and was set up with Dr. Graham. I was really amazed by her performance, care and time she spent. Just one session with Doctor Graham set me forward more than the multiple session I had with Dr. Sasha Hamid. Then upon attempting to follow up with Dr. Graham the staff didnâ€™t want to let me switch doctors for some reason which really demotivated me to continue with BYWARD chiropractic clinic. Your average person would notice what I saw and a trained person could easily feel/see she does not make the price meet the service in my option. Overall, I wouldnâ€™t recommend Dr. Sasha Hamid for the reason that she rushes and I felt like didnâ€™t really care about my health. If you do decide to start with BYWARD chiropractic clinic I strongly recommend Dr. Graham and but would aid you to consider other options as well.

Very professional and relaxing environment. I've been to other places in the market that double as spas and you hear blow dryer and smell burning hair and chemicals the entire time. I was really glad to find some true professionals working here that were able to help me with my pain. I've been helped by multiple masseuses here and each one was excellent. Never a bad experience.

Dr. Sasha Hamid and her staff are nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you walk in, every member of her team takes the time to learn your name and exhibits the highest level of customer service. Dr. Hamid goes a step beyond this, to remember your personal life details - a truly impressive feat considering the number of clients she must see on a regular basis. In terms of her chiropractic care, she is very intuitive and knowledgeable in determining the appropriate adjustments for any discomfort or pain you may be feeling; she is also quick to follow up via email with supplementary videos or articles that pertain to your situation. Her passion for what she does is clear, and her explanations for any adjustments she conducts are in-depth yet easily comprehensible. Thank you for always going above and beyond Dr. Hamid, you define what a chiropractor should be!
