Dr. Dallaire has provided me with both chiropractic and laser care over the past few years. Her treatments and recommendations have been extremely helpful in managing my health and well being. With regular adjustments, I find I recover faster from ailments. Everyone is very professional, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend their services.

I've been a patient at three chiropractic clinics over the years but this one easily rates as the most professional and welcoming of them all. Dr. Dallaire has taken care of me for 20 years. Her enthusiasm for patient care and her dedication to providing top quality, up to date services is the very best. Over the years she has expanded her clinic to include professional services in related fields such as massage, laser and physio therapies. Whether you come in to see her, Dr. Seguin or any of the other practitioners there you'll be sure to receive top quality treatment.

i have been seeing Dr. Francine for a few years and love having her in my health and wellness corner. She is knowledgable, sympathetic and gentle and wants nothing more than to make sure I am healthy and pain free. The team at the centre is lovely to deal with.

They are so very professional, very knowledgeable courteous and friendly. Ever since I hurt my knee from ice hockey. I have been using their services to heal. It has been over a year now, and will continued to do so. I would recommend anyone to use their service. ðŸ‘ðŸ‘

I have been going to CCOH for almost 3 years. I was hesitant to try the activator (the tool used for adjustments) because I didn't think it would do much but it was great for me! Both Dr. Dallaire and Dr. Seguin are very knowledgeable and genuinely care. Regular adjustments have helped me greatly with maintaining the stability in my lower back which helps me with my weight training and in general. It should also be noted that stress plays a huge part on how it affects the body, including aches, pains and subluxations. During the last years of intense stress in my life, I can say with confidence that chiropractic care was, and still is, a good addition to my stress management tools. Thank you everyone at the Chiropractic Centre of Optimum Health for helping me to maintain my level of fitness and health.
