I started treatment because I was experiencing intense sciatic pain during pregnancy and after only 2 adjustments, the pain was completely gone! I cannot say enough amazing things about the Live Well team. The second you walk in the door the frontline ladies are like family, warm and welcoming. Dr. Tara and Dr. Tessa are both incredible. They are accommodating and truly care about you. I’m in my third trimester and these ladies keep me walking without pain. I’ve seen huge changes in my toddler since starting our treatment. She now sleeps through the night (finally!) She has more energy and is generally much happier! I’ll be bringing my new baby in for treatment when it’s born to get us off to a great start. I started seeing Dr. Tara when I was pregnant, because I could no longer take medication for my ankylosing spondylitis (an autoimmune condition that causes he spine to fuse together) and because I prefer natural pain relief alternatives. Dr. Tara has helped me more than any drug and is more knowledgeable about my condition than any doctor or specialist I've seen. I've learned chiropractic is about more than just fixing "back problems" — it's about addressing the root cause of the illness, rather than just treating the symptoms. And it will also help Obie grow up healthy and strong from the start, rather than have to repair damage later in life or once issues have already developed. Even common challenges like colic and reflux and sleep issues that are considered "normal" in babies can be treated with chiropractic care. Fifteen months later and my son is bright and thriving. Chiropractic care is often misunderstood and more people, especially new parents, should be aware of the benefits! (And of how awesome Dr. Tara and the Live Well team is)!

I've been treated by a few different chiropractors over the past 18 years for various ailments. While I always felt immediate relief from the discomfort I was in, I have never been pain free for longer than a few days. I began to just deal with constant shoulder pain and lower pain back, both caused from car accidents. I've managed extreme knee pain on a daily basis through pain meds and years of physio. My family doctor once told me it's just "how my knees are". I began treatment with Dr. Tara a few months ago after seeing her display set up at a local parent show. I have followed her work through social media for a few years, but just never got around to reaching out to her. After chatting with her in person, I knew I needed to give her a try. Her approach to care for not only myself, but my 1 year old son has exceeded my expectations. She has been incredibly thorough in explaining all of her examinations and assessments, and exactly what it all means. She laid out a treatment plan for both my son and I, so I knew what the next few weeks/months would look like, and has been able to answer any questions I may have along the way. Dr. Tara has helped my son learn to be a confident walker, as he was struggling to keep his balance and take proper steps. I never thought I would ever be able to live pain-free again, but Dr. Tara has truly changed my life in her course of treatment. Previous chiropractors always gave me instant relief, but had no plan of action laid out to fix the problems I had. It was always extremely frustrating, to say the least. Dr. Tara, in the short time I've worked with her, has addressed issues I didn't even know existed, thanks to her quick thinking, and her thorough assessment, including x-rays. Many issues I was dealing with for pain have been corrected at the source, rather than just superficially treated. I haven't required pain medication in months, and I feel better overall than I have in a very long time. I was hesitant initially, when our original plan for treatment required adjustments multiple times a week, but I knew I needed to trust her, and give it a chance to see if it would work. I'm so glad she encouraged me to put myself and my health first for once, as she has greatly improved my own quality of life. Dr. Tara and her staff have been a pleasure to be around. They welcome my son with open arms, and watch him while I get adjusted. My son even relaxes in Dr. Tara's presence in a way I don't ever see anywhere else. Dr Tara and her entire team are amazing. Dr Tara is very caring, attentive, helpful, smart, talented and thorough. I have been to many chiros and there really is no comparison. I started going while in my third trimester and now my baby is almost 1yo and we're all still going as a family regularly. They are amazing with babies & kids! They truly are Paediatric Chiropractic Specialists with their special techniques. My baby has not gotten sick this whole year while i see other babies/kids are constantly sick. He is so healthy! and he is known as the happiest baby to anyone who meets him. I think this specialized chiropractic care really helped us. I am very blessed the midwife next door referred us to Dr Tara when I was doing my prenatal course there. Otherwise I would've never known this kind of care even existed. They have state of the art equipment. I'm loving the orthotics I had made there. They stay on top of things and go to conferences and do educational talks all the time while being very active in the community. It really shows they are in this field b/c they want to make a difference. The level of service they provide is unparalleled. Dr Tara even makes personal phone calls to you and will let you call her too if you need and will spend the time to really help. Dr Tara will also help give lots of helpful health advice in addition to chiropractic care too. She is very knowledgeable in natural remedies which i appreciate very much. Their office is a spacious and warm environment. My baby just played in their kid's play area today and loved it! He's finally old enough to play there. Shandice, Dr Tessa & Melissa are all wonderful too. 10 thumbs up! =D
