Had a great experience at Kinsip on a chilly Sunday afternoon. Perfect way to warm up and learn about Kinsip’s craft. We were helped by friendly staff who gave us an in-depth review of each spirit and we had the pleasure of tasting 3 of the spirits which are distilled in house. After trying the gin, rye and maple whisky, we decided to purchase the rye and are thrilled to share our experience at Kinsip with family and friends. If you are visiting PEC, I would highly recommend stopping by Kinsip for a tasting! Thank you for a lovely experience.

Satisfy your search for spirits here - if you can take a tour of the distillery. Don't forget to try the maple syrup aged in whisky barrels - delicious! Pancakes will never be the same! You can also find a large variety of bitters which are excellent for candy and baking.

This was our second stop on our way in to the county. Lindsay was our host and WOW did she ever deliver! Not only were the spirits excellent but her passion, knowledge and sense of humour were what set Kinsip apart from our other stops. Lindsay even took the time to lay out on the Wine tour map what she thought we would enjoy and she nailed it!
