Dr.Ken is a man with Magic hands. I had faced persistent lower back pain for more than a year due to long distance running, high intensity workouts and poor posture. To get the pain treated, I visited various Chiropractors and Physiotherapists in Toronto. With all due respect to the other specialists, none of them could completely alleviate my pain. After being referred to Dr.Ken by a friend, I visited him and instantly he could diagnose what the problem was and treat it. His school of thought and treatment styles are unique, seem simple yet highly effective. With his hands-on treatment for 6 weeks and some homework (core exercises/stretches) he prescribed, I could see a significant improvement in my back condition. It is very important to follow the plan he proposes to see quick results. He sets the right expectations and stresses importance on proper form and good postures and their importance for maintaining a healthy back. With his treatment and some guidance from a running consultant, I was finally able to get back to running without noticing significant pain for long durations. Whenever I feel any soreness or discomfort in the lower back, I do my stretches and exercises he suggested. If those doesn't provide me a complete relief, I visit Dr.Ken and he fixes it in one or two appointments. Looking at the way he examines my back and fixes it, feels like he understands my back more than any other specialist or a machine ever did. It is such a mental relief to have him an appointment away.

Very professional, punctual and respectful. Treatments were very effective for my back pain, with some stretches and exercises to be done at home as well. Very transparently explained the risks of cervical adjustment.

Dr. Nakamura is amazing. His approach is very unique and highly customized. He always listens to your concerns and understands what needs to be treated. He doesn't just remove the symptoms, he gets to the bottom of the symptom and targets the cause. Highly recommend!

Dr Ken a real life magician Here is a note I sent the clinic Dr Ken works for: “My wife read a review of your clinic online and there were an overwhelming number of positive reviews for Dr Kim and Dr Ken. We tried to get a slot yesterday with Dr Ken but everything was filled for a good month. Andrea took it upon herself to make a spot available by speaking to another patient and moving them up or out by a few mins. I was able to consult with Dr. Ken and my word was he a magician. I came In for a severe knee ache thinking I needed surgery for my MCL or meniscus and Dr. ken diagnosed a back issue and his first treatment reduced the pain by over 80% just with a 10 min treatment. Truly remarkable and will definitely recommend him and your clinic to all future friends and family. Keep up the excellent work!! Truly Amazing!”

Dr. Ken is the best Chiropractor I have seen after seeing a few over the years. He does the most percise adjustments with the right amount of force, so it fixes the problem without aggravating the joint areas. He also does 20 mins of muscle treatments after the adjustments, otherwise the tensed muscle would pull the bones right back. It is much more effective. Highly recommended!
