Dr. Matthew Serrick did a phenomenal job with my treatment. I strongly recommend him to any one who is in need for a chiropractic treatment. And he is a great conversationalist. :)

My experience with Dr. Serrick and Back in Balance, was extremely helpful from the very first moment. Chronic aches in different parts of my body showed a great improvement from just the first session. Most importantly, my headaches have been relieved which I have had for years and would have to use pain medication 4-5 times a week. I have a painkiller free life. That's why Dr. Serrick is one of the top-rated chiropractors in the city. You will definitely understand what I mean.

Dr. Serrick has been working on my upper back now for awhile and almost immediately I felt the benefits. He is kind and friendly but more importantly he asks just the right questions to make sure his treatments are working and what he can add to fi he problem further. I have recommended him to many of my friends and at this point he's the only chiropractor I'd trust. I highly recommend seeing him.

Dr Matthew Serrick is the best chiropractor I have ever known. Very professional, knows his stuff. He has really helped me solve my neck and lower back issues. He truly has magic in his hands. He is a very accommodating Dr and is very sympathetic towards a patient's pain and suffering. My physiotherapist and my orthopaedic doctors back in India are really surprised with my improvement. Thank you so much Dr. You are an amazing doctor and a wonderful person.

I haven't been to a chiropractor in nearly 10 years. At the time I was dancing at a professional level and really needed some therapy to deal with all of the stress on my body. I was feeling pretty good, since I hadn't been dancing as much, but recently, I was feeling some tension in my hips as I have started dancing again. And due to posture, I've also been experiencing some neck tension - school is terrible on my posture. I saw Dr. Serrick for an assessment and for his opinion, and I have to say that the visit was great! Dr. Serrick really took the time to do a full evaluation of my posture, alignment, etc. and asked me what my goals were. After the assessment we had a discussion about what needs to be done (a combination of muscle work, some adjustments, and exercise and stretching). I liked how he encouraged good postural changes at home and at work, along with exercise, to help me feel better in the long term - and to not become reliant only on his treatments to feel better. The treatment itself was great. Intense at times, with firm pressure (which I need) and throughout the treatment Dr. Serrick kept asking for my feedback which I really liked. The adjustments were quite comfortable. It's been awhile, so I really couldn't totally remember what to expect. Exercises are practical - I can do at home or at work. One other thing that stood out was his thoughtfulness. When I forgot to bring a tie for my hair, he opened up the drawer to his desk and revealed a bunch of hair ties, that he has there 'just in case' a patient forgets their own. It's little things like that, that really make it seem like he wants to make his patients feel as comfortable as possible. Had a really good experience overall and would highly recommend!
