Best clinic ever. Period. I’ve been to countless clinics in the past and I’ve never enjoyed going to a clinic as much as this Cloud Clinic near Dundas Square. The staff is young, friendly, fast, efficient and happy. You can see employees like working there. I’ve seen all the doctors there and they are all great, knowledgeable, think outside the box, friendly, pay attention to what to tell them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that clinic!! The wait time is also much better than most clinics. Try going before 3/4pm it gets busier in the evenings.

I went to Cloud Care for physiotherapy due to injury and had the pleasure of being treated by Queenie Wu. Queenie was knowledgeable and patient when I attempted to describe the pain/sensations I was having in my knee after a fall. Although I felt that I wasn't able to articulate my problem accurately, Queenie made me feel listened to and understood. She devised a treatment plan that worked within my schedule and I even looked forward to our treatment sessions - she even included some easy yoga into my treatment which I thoroughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend Queenie Wu to anyone who is looking for physiotherapy in downtown Toronto :)

Needed to see a doctor fairly quickly and found this walk in clinic was open. Got in at the end of the day - checked in at 7pm, was in the room 30 min later which was quick! Dr. Surajballi saw me - he is truly one of the sweetest docs I have ever encountered. I didn’t know walk-in doctors could be this nice. Very kind, super attentive and compassionate. Did not rush me at all. At the end of the appointment he stepped out of the room for a bit and at some point another doctor at the clinic walked by the room and noticed me sitting there and waiting and popped in to ask me if I had been seen already. So sweet and attentive! I told her I was just waiting for Dr. Surajballi to come back. Maybe it’s because all the physicians at this clinic are so young that they still have the energy to maintain such good spirits and bedside manner at the end of their day, but I was truly amazed at the level of care. This is a new standard of care that all clinics should be measured against. Good job, Cloud Care Clinics!

I injured my back and shoulders because of heaving lifting and constantly mass producing breads and different baked goods. The physiotherapist Queenie Wu did an amazing job on helping me to recover, and taught me lots of exercises to strength up my core and muscle. Queenie is very professional, patient and friendly. She knew that I am interested in doing yoga, she taught me lots of different yoga moves to strength up my core and muscle that I always use during my work. I am glad that now I am recovered, and grateful to have Queenie as my physiotherapist! Thank you for helping me to recover so I can create more wonderful pastries and bread without any problem!

The accessible doors have been broken for a long time. This is a MEDICAL CLINIC! Fix them/replace if not fixable and I'll change my review. The service I've received has been awesome. I wish getting in wasn't so hard that I need to rely on the kindness of strangers since there is no door person
