I've gone to see Gary Ho for several massages now, and every session has been thoroughly enjoyable! He takes the time to assess your particular needs, and is knowledgeable about treating/preventing aches and pains. His patience and attentiveness are much appreciated!

I’ve gone to see Dr. Jacky several times for my shoulder and hand pain. The visits were a bit painful but definitely helped with healing. An added bonus is that Step Up is open early in the morning (my first appointment was at 7 am!!) and on the weekends.

James Keung is amazing. He helped me recover from a shoulder injury that had been bothering me for over 4 months. After the very first session I totally felt a difference, and after the 3rd one my shoulder was almost 100% recovered. This was a great surprise! The professionals from other clinics couldn't take the pain away so I was afraid of it becoming a chronic issue. Fortunately I found this clinic!

Dr. Tim's practice is well-rounded and attentive to your specific needs. Unlike many chiropractors, he offers a variety of treatments and takes a holistic approach to your health. Highly recommend!

I have been to the Step Up clinic for several massages, but I recently needed some more intensive chiropractic treatment. I was in quite a bit of pain from strains to both my shoulder and neck. Tim was very helpful in assessing the problem and alleviating the pain. He was professional, provided a thorough assessment, and explained several treatment options. Tim combined several different techniques to help me and he was very attentive to my needs. I feel comfortable returning should I have any more difficulties!
