Great RMTs, nice environment. Had Milly today and she was great. Had Yvette & Odette in the past and the were awesome. The past secretary was great. Today I’m sorry the secretary could have mentioned about what her criteria for tipping is. These ladies work hard and I think they should get tipped. Today the secretary said she doesn’t mention it unless the client does. But how would I know to mention it when they first thing she said to me was the price and had the pin pad all setup. The pin pad doesn’t even allow you to tip. I ended up doing a separate transaction to tip.

Beautiful, warm, and welcoming environment. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Prices are a little high, but that's to be expected for the area and services they provide.

10/10 for customer service - I called in adhoc to ask about whether they sold kinesiology tape, the receptionist/lady on the phone was super helpful and provided great service. This is so hard to find these days!

I have gone to various massage locations but this would be certainly one of the top ones. The place is cozy. People are attentive. Location is right next to street car stop.

Naturopath Dr.Erin Wiley is one of the doctors at IHI that I consulted with. She is patient, caring and lends a listening ear. When I went to her, I had a long list of issues that I desperately wanted someone to connect, and was on the brink of mentally giving up. She listened intently to everything I had to say, and she also helped me with medication - medication that made a decent difference to my situation. However, I found out that that was only fixing the symptoms of an underlying spinal alighment issue. I'm yet to meet a doctor that will actually take time to connect all the dots, wholistically. Heck, there's so much knowledge available within the building. What's preventing them from working with each other to provide wholistic service? After all, the rates charged here are higher than most places anyway! I then connected the dots myself and went to Dr. Tabrizi, who is, without a doubt, knowledgeable about his practice. He reiterated the alignment issue and said he'd work with me to get it right. However, he is a waste of time and a money mooch - deliberately dragging one session into three with unnecessary talk and repetition. Once, we waited about 5 min for a room to be available, which made my session go beyond the stipulated 30min session. I was charged extra for the extended 40min session. I am not going back. Note: Dr. Wiley did NOT charge me extra even when I went overtime by about 4-7 minutes BOTH times.
