I had an appointment at that clinic recently. The therapist was fairly knowledgeable but gave a painful treatment. Might be for the good reason cannot say, I don't know how painful the therapy should be. I suspect it could be done more carefully but my reason for writing is different. She was unprofessional to the point it was rude. Talking very loudly in Tagalog with the receptionist over the patients' head who had no idea what's going on and keeping her child inside the room while treating a patient is unacceptable. I've never seen this before; it's Asian culture different from what I expect from a professional in Toronto. So I just go somewhere else but I still hope this review will make her rethink how to treat and care for the patients.

I would highly recommend Physical Therapy One - North York (location)! I've made great progress working with them since my car accident in August 2017. Excellent service and the staff is amazing! They are friendly and really care about their patients.

Very professional and caring experience. Dr Damji spent time to identify issues and recommended therapy and worked with a very capable physiotherapist - Jocelyn De Torres in elleviating the problem.
