Rude, arrogant, and pompus. I was not even a client of this legal firm and while waiting for service ontario in the bayfied mall, a pushy, self important goof came out and berated me for being too close to his door. I laughed at his temper tantrum and then noticed that his custom made sign was wrong. Lol certification was spelled without an R. Reading "CETIFICATION". If this is the attention to detail i would never trust them with a legal matter. I asked him what his problem was. He Said, "you". Meaning me. Terrible manners and brutal public image. Ferguson and Zanetti?? No Thanks.

A rare 1 star review. Describing my experience: I needed to get a document notarized and filed with the court the same day. I was awaiting the final document from my legal counsel, who lives in another city to be emailed to me. I called this firm made an appointment and came in at the appropriate time and told the fellow (with a thin mustache) that I needed to print a document and have it notarized. He promptly told me that he 'doesn't print documents' and that if he did, he would have to charge me for it. I said that would be fine for me to pay for the printing. I then told him I'd email the PDF to print and he told me he couldn't accept emails. me: 'you don't have email?' him: 'only for clients.' me: 'If I'm printing documents to have them notarized with you and paying you for the service am I not a client?' him: 'no. not that type of client.' It seemed to defy logic that as a paying client, that need a document printed, that he refused to accept the file that needed to be printed. It should have been simple: email the file, print it and notarize it. The exchange was quite comical to be honest. A couple words to describe the exchange; arrogant, rude, and smarmy. Maybe the fellow was having a bad day, but I thought if they don't want my business, I'm going to do somewhere else and I left. Regardless, I notarize and have legal services performed often and found a great paralegal service who will actually service their 'clients'. You've lost a potentially life long customer and incensed me enough to write you a crappy review. Servicing clients is why you are here guys. They are not there for you. You'll need to really work on this moving forward.

Extremely rude . All I did was call with a question. If your suffering go somewhere they'll help and speak to you respectfully

Ferguson/Zanetti would like to respond to the review made by Ms.Winni Chan. Ferguson/Zanetti states that there is no record of a Ms. Winni Chan as either a client or opposing party of Ferguson/Zanetti. As reflective to Ms. Winni Chan's profile, she has made similar defaming claims against other parties. Ferguson/Zanetti prides itself with not only providing exceptional service but also in providing sound legal options to their clients. Ferguson/Zanetti believes that Ms.Winni Chan is a fictitious profile and Ferguson/Zanetti will commence with legal actions against this individual. Regards, Paula Ferguson/Olivier Zanetti
