I am not one to give reviews unless it’s a positive one but I just cannot let this go unsaid😞 At my first initial meeting with Wendy I was given an amazing first impression. I left her office filled with confidence and faith that I would receive an amazing defence on my behalf. I went to her with a fool proof case and she had everything she needed to present a great case on my behalf. I gave her facts, documents, proof, affidavits and witnesses. There was even proof of lies and deception against my x husband. There was sexual assault against a child on my x husbands side of things as well. In short...Wendy is all talk. NO action. I would never recommend her ever. She gives a great first impression but that’s all you get. She is extremely unorganized. I seen my file and I’m willing to bet not one piece of my documents ever seen the light of day after they were submitted. She waisted my time and in turn completely screwed me over. I received absolutely 0 defence from her. She did not fight for me at all. Do not hire her. Unless you want to be royally misrepresented. I’m leaving this review because as people we put so much faith and trust into a lawyer. We don’t know anything about the legal system or our rights. To be mislead and not represented in the most upstanding and honouring way is such an injustice. And misuse of the title in which they hold. It’s extremely low and disgraceful. I do not wish to see another mother endure the same misrepresentation as I have just endured. So please do your research and make sure you have a lawyer who takes initiative and actually defends you. Look at reviews and if someone tells you it’s a bad idea then trust them and their experience. Don’t make your choice based on first impressions. That’s what I did with Wendy. Which has resulted in this honest and heartfelt review.

Simply just go find another Lawyer. How many complaints have to go into the law society before something happens? Steer clear and spend your money wisely!!!

She told me to my face that she works most cases in favor of the mother.
